On Sunday, December 14th, we invite you to a special winter edition of our chess tournament with a cozy twist! This time, we’re setting up our boards at Proeflokaal Faas in Rotterdam Noord, one of our favorite places to grab a weekend beer. While Faas has been around for a while, it’s a brand-new location for Het Zwarte Wapen.

Expect a warm and festive afternoon of strategic moves and good company. With the spirit of chess, good music and dark beer, Faas offers the perfect backdrop to challenge your opponents or simply soak up the atmosphere with a drink in hand. Whether you're here to win or just to enjoy the game, this is your moment to shine.
